This activity assumes that the changes in the information model are in scope for the business analysis engagement. During the analysis phase additional options or opportunities may be identified and assessed as alternative options to the options identified earlier by the client. During discussions and workshops with the business process owners and information analysts it is likely that information provisioning improvement options will come up. Part of the Business Analysis is to capture and document these alternative options and to do a further assessment into the viability of these options
